Shipping Methods

Our shipping strategy is tailored to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your order. We select the most suitable shipping carrier based on the weight and dimensions of the product:

  • Packages Originating from China: We utilize FedEx, UPS, China Post, or EMS, depending on the specific requirements of your order. For larger items, Fast Sea shipping is employed.

Global Shipping Availability

We offer complimentary shipping to over 200 countries. Should your location fall outside our service range, we will promptly notify you of any limitations.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your geographical location and the shipping method:

  • Packages Over 15kg: These are shipped by sea, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 30 days worldwide ( USA, CANADA, EUROPE, ASIA). Specific delivery dates for each product are detailed in the product description. The processing time will be: 10 to 30 days. Please note that some products might have to be shipped by sea and will require up to 90 days. Sea shipment and Truck shipment can not be tracked. 


  • Packages Under 15kg: Delivery times are as follows:
    • Asia, Australia, New Zealand: 3 to 17 business days (Standard International)
    • Europe, Middle East, Rest of the World, USA (including Canada and Mexico): 9 to 20 business days (Standard International)
    • The processing time will be: 1 to 15 days


Tracking and Support

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days of the shipping notification, please contact us.
  • It may take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If there is no update beyond this period, we are here to assist you.


    Multiple Packages

    For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested.

    Order Cancellations and Modifications

    You can cancel or modify your order within 48 hours of placement. Once packaging and shipping processes have started, changes become challenging, but we encourage you to contact us as we will endeavor to accommodate your requests.

    Refund and Return Policies

    Our shipping policy is designed to complement our refund and return policies:

    • You may request a refund or replacement if your order does not arrive within 90 days, or if an incorrect item was received. Returns are honored within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
    • Returns initiated due to a change of mind are subject to return shipping costs, borne by the customer, and a 20% restocking fee.
    • Customized, created, or personalized items are final and cannot be returned.
