Refund Eligibility

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may qualify for a refund or replacement under these circumstances:

  • 90-Day Non-Arrival: Eligible for refund if the order hasn't arrived.
  • Incorrect Item: Eligible for a refund/replacement.
  • Change of Mind: Return within 30 days; conditions apply. 20% restocking fees
  • Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Product: Immediate eligibility for return/refund.

Please be aware that refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The order did not arrive due to incorrect shipping information provided by you.
  • Non-arrival of your order was due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance issues or natural disasters.
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of www.hulmara.com.

All requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns

We accept returns under the following guidelines:

  • 30-Day Window: For change of mind or incorrect items, with conditions. Within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the item is in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Damaged/Faulty/Wrong Item: Immediate return process initiation.

 

Final sale items, as well as customized, created, or personalized items, cannot be returned.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please understand that processing times for refunds may vary by financial institution.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@hulmara.com within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.
  2. Prepare your return by securely packaging the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, tags, and labels are included.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement based on the item's condition and the reason for return.
  5. Refund Timing: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being processed.

Additional Conditions

  • All sales items are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of returns due to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered items.
  • Returns without prior authorization may be refused.

Order Cancellation and Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of placement. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, changes are no longer feasible. We will do our best to accommodate any late requests, but cannot guarantee adjustments.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
